  • "50-Month Smooth Experience" indicates that this device has passed the 50-month smoothness testing in vivo laboratory test environments through the optimization of software, hardware and other comprehensive technologies. However, 50-month smooth experience does not guarantee absolute freedom from lag. Due to differences in network environments, individual usage habits, and other factors, the actual experience may vary.
  • 8 GB extended RAM is realized by software.
  • When a large number of apps are running in the background, it can save up to 600 MB of memory space. The actual amount of space that can be saved is dynamically adjusted as the scene changes, and subject to actual use.
  • APP Retainer only works when the apps are in the background and have not been manually exited. It currently only applies to over 100 apps on the vivo trustlist.
  • A HD photo is approximately 5 MB in size, a track of lossless music tracks is about 30 MB, and a heavy-load game takes up around 2 GB. The actual numbers may vary.
  • This product is rated as IP64 for splash, water, and dust resistance under IEC standard 60529 and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions. The resistance to splashes, water and dust is not permanent and may be reduced due to daily use. Do not charge the mobile phone when it is wet. Refer to Safety information in Settings for cleaning and drying instructions. Damage due to liquid ingress is not covered by the warranty.
  • These laboratory test results do not serve as a definite indicator for quality assurance during daily usage. The precise outcome might differ slightly depending on the test software version, specific testing environment, and the particular version involved.
